Q: Is my personal information protected with your company?
A: Any and all of your personal information that you provide is privacy protected. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone.

Q: How can I pay for my membership?  
A: We accept Payza, NetSpend, Credit/Debit Cards and Solid Trust Pay. You can actually join for FREE by signing up for a Netspend card here in the U.S.

Q: What processor do you use for commission payouts?
A: Solid Trust Pay is the processor that we currently use. We pay out using Solid Trust Pay or Google Wallet. We are constantly reviewing other processors for your benefit and will continue to do so.

Q: What is the monthly membership fee for?
A: The monthly membership fee covers the cost of providing each IBO with their own replicated website and over 1600 eBooks and software products to choose from. Majority of these have Resell Rights. Each month your membership becomes more and more valuable to YOU as your business grows plus, we’re adding more and more features and benefits to our program as well. (Coming in the future, Contests and Monetary Prizes!)

Q: How do I get paid?
A: Once you have earnings of $30 dollars or more in your account, you can request a withdrawal. Commission payouts will be sent out on Wednesdays. We will send your earnings to your payment processor account we have on file.

Q: What if I don’t pay my monthly membership?
A: We will check to see if you have sufficient funds available in your account to cover your monthly membership if you do, we will use those funds to automatically keep your account current. If you do not have sufficient funds available, you will have 7 days to bring your account current or your membership will be suspended. (This means all funds rolling up to you will be lost until you make your membership payment current.) Your membership must be in good standing to request a withdrawal.

Q: How long does it take to activate my account after payment?
A: All payments are manually approved and activated due to our security fraud measures. Accounts are generally approved quickly however please allow up to 24 hours to be activated.

Q: What happens if I cancel my monthly membership?
A: As soon as you cancel, your payment processor sends the notice of cancellation to Admin. Remember you must be a paid member to make a withdrawal request on any commissions you have earned.

Q: If I cancel my account, will I need to re-enroll again?
A: Yes. Because your previous account would have been closed, you would need to re-enroll all over again

Q: Will this site ever go down because of exceeding bandwidth?
A: No. Rockin Residual will continually expand its bandwidth as needed.

Q: Is Rockin Residual available World-Wide?
A: Yes. In country’s that allow our members to send and accept payments through our payment processors.

Q: Do you guarantee that I'll make money with Rockin Residual?
A: We cannot guarantee that you will make money because we do not know you or your work ethic. No one can "guarantee" that you'll make money in ANY home based business opportunity. Q: How many accounts can I personally open?
A: There really is no need for multiple accounts per person with this type of program. However, if you would like a tri-pack for your household make sure to use your referral link from the original position. Do not try to buy multiple product packages using the same username and ewallet.
